Over a 33-year career in automotive retail, Amardeep has held virtually every leadership role a dealership has to offer — Salesperson, F&I Manager, Sales Manager, General Sales Manager, Service Manager, General Manager, and Dealer Principal. That breadth of firsthand experience is what makes his consulting different.

He has worked across domestic, import, and luxury franchises — Ford, GM, Chrysler, Toyota, Nissan, Subaru, and Jaguar Land Rover — as well as multi-franchise groups — giving him a rare ability to adapt to the specific culture, processes, and pressures of any store, regardless of brand or market.

Amardeep founded Auto Dealership Consulting, Inc. on a simple belief: meaningful dealership improvement comes from someone who has sat in the chair, not just studied it. He understands the month-end pressure on desk managers, the technician retention challenges service directors face, and how to build an F&I department that performs consistently without cutting corners. His approach is direct, practical, and efficient: he explains what needs to change, why it matters, and how to get there without jargon, generic playbooks, or wasted time.
