33 years inside the industry
Amardeep founded Auto Dealership Consulting, Inc. after three decades of hands-on work across every area of dealership operations. He brings a rare combination of street-level process knowledge and strategic clarity — understanding both how deals get done on the floor and what structural shifts are required to compete in an omnichannel world.
His consulting thesis is direct: negotiation-free selling must come first. From there, the right staffing model follows, the organizational structure becomes clear, and technology can finally deliver on its promise.
